What if I don't like the marathon?
If, within 14 days, you don't enjoy the marathon, then we will return your money. No questions asked!
How soon after giving birth can I participate in the marathon?
We welcome you in the Marathon 3 months after giving birth, but before that time, consult with your doctor to determine whether any contraindications are present. Your health matters to us!
Do I need to have experience in Yoga?
This course is also suitable for those who want to be introduced to yoga, but also for those who already have experience practicing yoga.
Will I need sports gear?
You will need minimal sports equipment: gym mat, 2 blocks (foam brick) or 2 books, and a small pillow. Most importantly, you will need a quiet space.
I was never into sports; will this marathon help me achieve my desired results?
I'm sure this programme will help you; it will benefit your physique and health.
Can I participate in the “Yoga” Marathon if I suffer from diastasis?
This course is not suitable if you have diastasis, but we have a special course for diastasis in the Body Sculpt Marathon. Write to us here if you need details.
