What if I don't like the marathon?
If, within 14 days, you don't enjoy the marathon, then we will return your money. No questions asked!
How soon after giving birth can I participate in the marathon?
We welcome you in the Marathon 3 months after giving birth, but before that time, consult with your doctor to determine whether any contraindications are present. Your health matters to us!
Is it necessary to keep track of my pulse?

Yes, you need to monitor your pulse closely. Measure it periodically according to the formula below to determine if you are training at the right intensity. Subtract your age from 220. This will be your maximum heart rate. Example: 220-36= 184 (the maximum pulse rate at which the heart should beat).
- If you are a beginner, try working out at 50% of your maximum pulse. Multiply this by 0.5.Example: 184*0.5= 92 (minimum pulse)
- If you are at a more advanced level, try working out at 70% of your maximum pulse. Multiply this by 0.7. Example: 184*0.7=128
- If you are at an intensive level, then try working out at 85% of your maximum pulse. Multiply that by 0.85. Example: 184*0.85=156

The heart rate during intensive training should fall between the minimum and maximum values.

Will I need sports gear?
You will only need minimal sports equipment, including a gym mat and a fitness watch to measure your pulse (optional).

Can I participate in the ”Cardio” Marathon if I suffer from diastasis?
