What if I don't like the marathon?
For 14 days, if you don't like the program, we'll return your money, no questions asked.
How soon after giving birth can I participate in the marathon?
We welcome you in the Marathon 3 months after giving birth, but before that time, consult with your doctor to determine whether any contraindications are present. Your health matters to us!
Will I need sports gear?
You will need minimal sports equipment: gym mat, weights 1-5 kg, circular elastic bands, a chair, and 1kg leg weights (optional).
Will I only train the glutes?
This marathon includes exercises involving the abdominal muscles, back, glutes, legs, pecs, and arms.
I was never into sports; will this marathon help me achieve my desired results?

Can I participate in the “Round Butt” Marathon if I suffer from diastasis?
