What if I don't like the marathon?
If, within 14 days, you don't enjoy the marathon, then we will return your money. No questions asked!
How soon after giving birth can I participate in the marathon?
We welcome you in the Marathon 3 months after giving birth, but before that time, consult with your doctor to determine whether any contraindications are present. Your health matters to us!
Will I need sports gear?
You will only need minimal sports equipment: gym mat, weights 1-5 kg, heavy-duty elastic bands, circular elastic bands, chair, and leg weights 1 kg (optional).
I was never into sports; will this marathon help me achieve my desired results?

Can I participate in the “Flat Abdomen” Marathon if I suffer from diastasis?
